Licensing

Golden Harp Mortgage LLC is a Texas limited liability company, NMLS ID #2883747. Robin Simon, NMLS ID #2718614. Our application for a Texas mortgage company license is pending with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. We are not yet accepting loan applications and will update this page when the license is issued. You can verify licensing at NMLS Consumer Access.

How we are paid

Golden Harp Mortgage LLC is a mortgage broker. We do not make loans. We arrange loans with wholesale lenders, who underwrite, approve, and fund them. We are compensated by the lender at a rate that is the same for every lender we work with, so the lender we recommend does not change what we are paid.

Not a commitment to lend

Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, a loan approval, or a quote. All loans are subject to credit approval, property approval, and underwriting by the funding lender. Terms and availability change without notice.

This policy covers goldenharpmortgage.com and the information you send us through it.

• What we collect. Information you type into our contact form: name, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about the property and your plans. Our web host also records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).
• How we use it. To reply to you and, if you choose to proceed, to begin a loan conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website and email.
• Loan applications. If you apply for a loan, we collect the additional information the application requires through a secure portal, and we share it with the lenders considering your loan. Our federal privacy notice, which explains that sharing in detail, is provided when you apply.
• Cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. No advertising cookies.
• Security. Documents are exchanged through an encrypted portal, not by email. We keep no paper records.
• Your choices. Email hello@goldenharpmortgage.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, subject to records we are required by law to keep.
