What we do
We arrange conventional residential mortgages. We do not fund loans ourselves; we take your application, shop it across our wholesale lending partners, and manage the file through closing. Our compensation comes from the lender, at a fixed rate that does not change based on which lender you choose, so the recommendation is driven by fit and price rather than by what pays us more.
The company is independently owned, run separately from any affiliated business, and small by design. One point of contact from the first call to the closing table.
